An offer is a legally binding Contract of Purchase and Sale between you and the seller. It contains everything from: price, inclusions, conditions, deposit amount, and closing dates.

Due Diligence

The level of due diligence required will depend on the type of property you are purchasing. Typically, during this time, you confirm your financing, complete a home inspection, review all property documents, and get a quote for insurance.

Home Possession

Closing the purchase is often the most exciting step! Your Lawyer or Notary will coordinate the property transfer which usually takes 1-3 days. After that, you take possession of your new home.
